"I’m not sure what day it was, but one evening I came in on a busy night, and seen a hard working gentleman I think his name was Dylan. I had seen he had a full screen of burgers to make and not only did I get my food in a reasonable time frame but the burgers were fresh and made with love. I guess the burgers are really better at Hungry Jacks when Dylan makes it. 10/10 best Hungry Jacks I’ve been tooo!!"

"Came in on Friday night around 7pm and was greeted and served by a lovely staff member with red hair, believe her name was Abby. Not only was I addressed in a professional manner but she had fantastic customer service which lead to my positive experience at this franchise not only to their outstanding customer service but also working in a timely manner while being very busy."

"Hands down the best Hungry Jacks I have ever been to, I placed my order to a younger man who I believes name was Angus, he was quick and gave me great service with a smile! My Whopper meal was delicious and I will certainly be coming back!"

"Hey! today I was ordering a family meal for me and my two kids, at the window we were greeted with a very nice young lady. She gave us lots of smiles and even started a nice conversation. I believe her name badge said Mia on it. Great service from the Mernda hungry jacks team! Would definitely recommend"

"This lovely lady a few days ago, I believe her name was Lily. She had very good service, was respectful and very polite. She was very helpful when taking my order because I didn’t know what I wanted and she gave me some good options to choose from. Overall the food was good and fresh, I would definitely recommend."
